This is a nice toner, but not the best. I wouldn't rely on this solely to control oil production especially if you are extremely oily, but it does make a difference and feels nice and refreshing. It's also not at all drying like other oil-controlling or clarifying toners which I really like. However I'm not a big fan of the strong scent (5th on the ingredient list) and the alcohol content (2nd on the ingredient list).

I have oily skin and Guinot Microbiotic Regulatrice Matifiante works miracles. It's non-scented, very light, and it absorbs quickly. I apply it every morning after a good face wash. I apply it on my T-zone. I wear it with and without makeup and my skin still looks oil free. It lasts all day (over 12 hours). I would buy it again.
