I am writing because of the shipping difficulties and to explain why I have decided not to order through your company.
I am canceling my order because of the shipping problem. The last time I ordered it was difficult also to be home all the time to accept and sign for package. If you would ship Canada Post from border, there wouldn't be a problem.
Or if you would allow customers to accept responsibility for leaving packages at door without a signature.
