Local delviery is carrier out by USPS. Delivery currently occurs within 7-14 business days.
Please allow a few additional days for rural and remote areas, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
Shipping is available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For most items shipping is $8.95 under $75 in value. Free shipping is available for most purchases totalling over $75
Depending on dispatch location and weight shipping costs on some items may vary. The shipping price is shown on the product information page with a final combined shipping cost shown in checkout. As items can be combined the final shipping price will often be less than the total shipping costs shown on the product information pages.

DHL Express - Many items are able to be sent via DHL Express, it is recommended to avoid in delays due to COVID-19.
Delivery usually occurs within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow a few additional days for rural and remote areas, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
For these items (non dangerous goods) delivery costs as follows:
Under $25: $12
Under $50: $10
Under $100: $8
Under $190: $4
Over $190: Free

Refunds and Returns

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Fragrance Returns

Fragrances are considered dangerous goods by Postal Services which means they are unable to be set through general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of these. Because of this please choose your fragrance orders carefully.

Please contact our orders department at the Help Desk before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund. Returned items will be only be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited through store credit.


Our stock is stored in state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage facilities in the USA, Hong Kong, the UK and Australia and sent directly to customers. As stock is kept in more than one warehouse we try to send it from the warehouse closest to your location to minimise delivery times.

Split Shipments

If your order contains more than one product, we sometimes ship from multiple warehouse locations and your order may arrive in separate parcels. Please contact us if you have any enquiries relating to specific dispatch locations of your shipment.
