I'm one of those people who have to invest in really good concealer as I can have puffy under eyes or deep purple eyes.

I was trying to use a full size ice pack at home before I bought this and it just didn't really work.

This eye mask comes with an elastic string to hold around you're head. I've used it sitting up but I recommend laying down and relaxing.

You can use it hot or warm. So far, i've just put in in the refrigerator and let it cool down. It won't last as long as freezing it but i find that my eyes are sensitive to the cold. On the box they give directions as to why you would use the hot or warm option.

I think it leaves you looking more refreshed. I think it's a must for winter when you're fighting colds etc....
