Q:  Are the products you sell genuine?
A:  Yes. Products at Cosmetics Now are all 100% genuine from the original manufacturers. The products are sourced from around the world to bring you the cheapest prices so packaging may vary from country to country, but we guarantee that they are original - no knockoffs or imitations. Freshness is also 100% guaranteed as all stock is kept in a temperature-controlled environment prior to shipping and subject to regular quality control checks.

Q:  What are the postage costs, and when can I expect my delivery?

Q:  What if my order hasn't arrived after 14 working days?
A:   If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact your local postal services using the postal reference number provided in your member account. If you are unable to find your order or reference number please contact us and we will locate these for you. Remember to include your order number on all correspondence to ensure prompt service.

Q:  Why are there higher shipping charges on fragrances?
A:  Fragrance items must be shipped using special procedures to comply with international postal regulations. Unfortunately this increases the transport costs.

Q:  How can I pay?
A: We accept - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Alipay (US), Apple Pay (US), AfterPay (AU/US/NZ), Clearpay (UK), Klarna (AU) and zipPay (AU). We have a secure website verified by TrustWave. If you don't want to use a credit card over the internet you have the option of paying directly into our bank account. Once we have received the funds your order will be automatically placed, this option is available during the payment processing of your order.

Q:  Where are your items dispatched from?
A: All items are dispatched by post or courier from state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage facilities in the USA, Hong Kong, the UK and Australia and sent directly to our customers. As stock is kept in more than one warehouse we try to send it from the warehouse closest to our customer’s location to minimise delivery times. If your order contains more than one product, we sometimes ship from multiple warehouse locations and your order may arrive in separate parcels.

Q:  Do you have a retail shop or warehouse in Australia, the USA or the UK?
A: No. We are an online only business. This enables us to be very competitive.

Q:  Do you send out free samples?
A: Due to the costs involved we do not provide free samples.

Q:  Are products available that are not listed on the website?
A: Unfortunately at this time we are only able to send products that are listed on our website and are indicated as in stock. If you find an out of stock product you wish to purchase please add the product to your wishlist and you will be notified as soon as it comes back into stock.

Q:  Are my details secured?
A: Yes. All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from Cosmetics Now. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties.
