Shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items (excluding products in the Express Essentials category). Shipping for fragrance items is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of AUD $10. Delivery usually occurs within 4-6 business days to major centers in West Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Queensland.
Orders to rural areas and major centers in NT, Tasmania and South Australia can take additional delivery time.
Shipping is made via PostHaste courers. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items. Shipping for fragrance items to New Zealand is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of NZD $10. Delivery usually occurs within 4-6 business days to major centers.
Orders to rural areas can take additional delivery time.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to send to PO Boxes.
For UK deliveries we use Directlink and with local delivery carried out by APC. Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items. All our prices quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT. Shipping for fragrance items to the UK is charged at 10% of the order total capped at £7.Delivery fees on fragrances are waived if combined with a make up, skincare or hair care item in your order. Delivery to urban areas in the UK usually occurs within 4-7 business days and can be tracked online 24 hours after dispatch.
We are unable to send to UK military addresses.
Free delivery is available for all hair care, skin care and make up items within the United States and Canada. Shipping for fragrance items to Canada is charged at 10% of the order total to a maximum of CAD $15. Shipping of fragrances to the the USA is free. Delivery is provided by USPS and Canada Post.

Please note: A signature is required for delivery, we recommend having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not able to sign for delivery at home. All parcels are insured for loss or damage. Fragrances cannot be shipped to PO Boxes in New Zealand.
Refunds and Returns
Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.
Fragrances are considered dangerous goods by Postal Services which means they are unable to be set through general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of these. Because of this please choose your fragrance orders carefully.
Please contact our orders department at the Help Desk before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund. Returned items will be only be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited through store credit.
